We had a major renovation of our home (every room in the house had something done), and Gary and his folks were consistently professional, did quality work, and always made sure we were completely satisfied. We had an issue with the replacement of our front doors (door company, not EPC), and even though he didn't have to, Gary went to bat for us and ensured we didn't incur any additional expenses even though the door company wanted to charge us extra.
